Never had an issue with shipping

These bars are the absolute best! My shampoo bar ran out and I reverted back to an old bottle staple. That won’t happen again. So glad to have my combination back in play!

First wash - operator error. Because I didn’t listen to them and go educate myself on how to use a new
type of product I had a slight learning curve on how much to use, but it only took me one wash to stop and educate myself like they tried to do when they sent me the product. My hair is soft and the bar will last me a LONG time. Great scent as well.

I purchased the Reyna Set and it was better than I expected. The shampoo lathered just as a liquid shampoo and the conditioner bar really conditioned my hair.
